You may have heard of stargates and portals in one of your favourite science fiction movies or stories. Well, it is oftentimes said that all stories are true and are somehow related to our past. The idea of stargates and portals was originated from ancient cultures and customs.
What precisely are stargates? Some suggest that they are portals or gateways to other dimensions. However, no alternative dimensions have been discovered as yet even though NASA confirmed to have spent at least a decade investigating access points to places outside our world.
We cannot ignore the fact that there are over a hundred billion galaxies out there in the outer space. There must be other people like us residing in one of the planets.
I absolutely adore theories that have been going on in various cultures for ages. I have accumulated a list of places that look peculiar and are quite mysterious in nature. They could be stargates or portals to other dimensions or worlds.
Let’s have a look at them, shall we?

The tale tells us that when Spanish investigators arrived in Peru in the 16th century, plundering Inca riches as they went, an Incan priest named Amaru Maru disguised himself and left his temple with a valuable golden disk. The disk is known as the ‘The Key of the Gods of the Seven Rays’. The modern-day investigators did find a small indention shaped like a disk in the rock.

6) Sedona Vortexes:
According to certain theories and local legends, tunnels and gateways directing to other worlds exist all over Sedona. It is believed that multiple ‘star people’ have also visited the site through one of the portals. The main doorway is a massive archway of red rock at the top of the mountain. Some claim to have seen blue light emanating from it, and there are numerous reports of peculiar sounds like muted bells surrounding the rocks.
7) The ancient Sumerian Stargate at the Euphrates River:
There is a well-known Sumerian seal that exhibits a Sumerian god emerging from a gateway of his world into ours. Moreover, there are shimmering columns of water on each side of God. Another Sumerian artefact called Ninurta shows evidence of stargates. Historians have noticed that Ninurta appears to be wearing a modern-day wristwatch.
8) The Great Pyramid of Giza:
Quite a lot of people believe that it was made for some other purposes. It is not just a tomb of Khufu but something bigger than that. It’s accurately positioned and is perfectly cut and formed. Multiple theories surround it; some suggest that it is a gateway or a portal.
9) Gobekli Tepe:
Gobekli Tepe is considered as the oldest rock temple in the world. The site highlights various rings of massive T-shaped stone columns, each engraved with a carving of an animal. However, two of the said pillars sit in the centre of these circles, almost making an archway of sorts. The archway within these circles is believed to be the remnants of stargates. It is believed that the ancient residents of the region used to travel through the said stargates.
10) Abydos, Egypt:
