The National Intelligence Manager for the Air Domain has a new logo, and curiously, it features a UFO. The flying saucer was placed, perhaps confidentially, where the USS Nimitz encounter took place.
The UFO phenomenon has officially become a serious topic of discussion. Unlike previously, when UFOs were considered tinfoil-hat talk topics, now, when we speak about UFOs or UAP, we do so with a certain amount of seriousness in the tone. That’s because the tone has changed from a joke to something worthy of the most rigorous scientific study. And it seems that the more we move forward with the UFO topic, the more serious it gets. Let me just recall a few important talking points that show how much things have changed. NASA, for one, has assembled a team of astrophysicists that are now actively studying and investigating UFOs, both in space and on Earth.
The Pentagon has recently rebranded its UFO office and has included among its list of studies so-called transmedium UFOs. And not long ago, the US Congress revealed that some UFOs are very likely to be extraterrestrial in nature. Now there is more, and it comes from the National Intelligence Manager for Aviation (NIM-Aviation). The NIM-Aviation recently rebranded its logo, and to the surprise of many, they decided to include a flying saucer on it. This move, according to many, is perhaps a bold move to incorporate the UFO subject into the official narrative.
Ufologist Nick Pope, one of the first to spread the particular image, wrote on Twitter: “The National Intelligence Manager for Aviation logo features a UFO. But this isn’t something hidden, that’s been uncovered – it’s something they wanted to be noticed. Elements within the US Government are actively promoting the UFO narrative. But why?” One Twitter user replied: “Could it possibly mean that the US government is soon to admit publicly what you’ve known now for… well, decades but can neither confirm nor deny?
Be awesome if they just said, we have something not from this world and just leave it at that, it’s not everyone knows it already…”
Many models of fighter aircraft can be seen leaving their trails over the Americas and heading toward or over the United States. These aircraft include bombers, fighters, unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), and a triangular craft that appears to be some sort of high-end stealth vehicle. A flying saucer appears at the bottom left of the image, nearby the site of the Nimitz incident (lower left). The curious logo is surrounded by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and NIM-Aviation. The latter, according to the information provided on their website, has the function of advising the office and “leading the efforts of the intelligence community to identify, analyze and integrate intelligence on threats and vulnerabilities in the air domain.”
So what does that leave us with? This logo likely views unidentified flying objects as a possible threat. However, as we can see, the flying saucer is separated from the rest of the vehicles on the other side, so does this separation hint at something that implies that UFOs are suggested as being of extraterrestrial origin? Since the saucer appears separated from the rest? NIM-A was involved in the preparation of the UFO/UAP report presented to Congress in June 2021 along with UAPTF. Luis Elizondo also highlighted this institution in his efforts to raise public awareness of unidentified aerial phenomena.
Whatever the case, the logo of NIM-Aviation certainly highlights the importance of the UFO subject within the government and introduces, perhaps subconsciously, a sense of normality when it comes down to discussing flying saucers, tic-tac UFOs, and the possibility that humankind has been and is being actively visited by beings, not of Earth.
