Grusch has previously served with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). His roles ranged from being an NRO representative for the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force to co-leading UAP analysis for the NGA. Represented by the original Intelligence Community Inspector General’s (ICIG) lawyer, Grusch has lodged a complaint outlining these allegations. He insists the materials include intact and partially intact vehicles of non-prosaic origins.
