British Astronaut Tim Peake shared his views of the UFO phenomenon saying that the objects may be crafts from extraterrestrial civilizations or even time-traveling beings.
What are UFOs? The acronym means Unidentified Flying Object, and it describes aerial phenomena where people see an object in the sky that they cannot identify. Most of the time, these objects seem to perform maneuvers that are unlike anything seen before. But does UFO mean it is extraterrestrial? The answer is we do not really know, although the majority of people certainly seem to think so.
Although most UFO sightings can be explained rationally, some remain unexplained, evading logical explanations. The mystery surrounding UFOs has increased in recent years. The military and governments around the world are no longer afraid to speak out about UFOs, and what’s more, they seem to welcome the discussion.
NASA has recently revealed it is setting up an independent study to investigate UFOs –UAP– and other space agencies like Roscosmos are doing so. In a recent appearance on ITV’s Good Morning Britain, Tim Peake, Britain’s most prestigious astronaut, revealed that UFOs might belong to extraterrestrial civilizations or even time travelers.

Peake was asked by the morning show’s presenters what he thought about recent videos showing encounters between US military pilots and unidentified flying objects. He also spoke about what he thought about the government’s advances in releasing information in this regard, such as the recent public hearing in Congress. “I think it’s interesting that the US government has made this public; the report says there have been over 100 incidents calling them unidentified aerial phenomena or UAPs, Peake explained.
“There was a hearing in Congress. Of course, there were few answers to the questions because that is the central point of the phenomenon. There is still much to explain. But I think it’s good that there are discussions and this information is available.”

As for the origin of these UAPs, Peake was clear that he did not believe they were made by humans on Earth. “I don’t think it’s a development of any nation or Earth organization. I think when you watch the video, it’s quite remarkable. It seems extraordinary what these machines are capable of, he continued.
“There is no explanation for that. There are various theories as to whether it may be something that has been developed in a classified program, but then why would this information be made public if that was the case?” “Is it some kind of robotic probe sent by another civilization? I heard a theory where a pilot was talking about potentially developing time travel in the future: could they (UFOs) be travelers from our future?”
“So there are all these theories about what it could be, but ultimately we don’t know,” he concluded.
Peake isn’t the only one who believes that UFOs might be something not of this world or time.
Not long ago, Senator Mike Gallagher spoke about his thoughts about UFOs. He suggested that the objects either resulted from an enemy nation’s technology or objects of extraterrestrial origin. There is also a third option, which he described as “extremely interesting” despite the lack of sufficient data.
According to Gallagher, the third option would be that UFOs are not aliens but objects from other dimensions, interdimensional craft, or even that UFOs are nothing more than humans from the future who have traveled back in time.
